Random Things: Floor Lock
At the local library, we noticed this lock on the floor. And we were confused and intrigued…
It’s attached to an i-bolt. You can spin the whole thing around.You can easily pull it out of the wall. Nothing is attached to it and nothing near it would possibly attach to it.
What purpose does this serve? Give me your best guesses. Cuz I’m at a loss! 🙂
