StitchFix Response – Love

Today I got a surprise in my email – a note from StitchFix!

To me, this personal touch was above and beyond for customer service and I feel more confident in their services now. I won’t share the whole email here, but here are some of the things Abby wrote:

Thank you for writing about Stitch Fix on your blog! I wanted to personally reach out and let you know how much I appreciate your honest feedback. We are all totally grateful to have amazing people like you share the excitement of what we are building.

…it’s a bummer that the Angie Schmitt Mixed Chevron Maxi Dress didn’t fit quite right! I know how hard it is to find the perfect maxi dress, so hopefully your stylist can keep looking to find the right one for you!

It’s our goal to showcase that awesome personality and make you feel fabulous 🙂

StitchFix-Love

It might seem a little silly or even a bit naive, but after this note I finally felt like they were listening to the things I’d written and how I was feeling about the process. I was on the fence about my May box, since I have a major trip to expense out, but now I’m going to keep it, just to see what happens. (and you all seem to like reading these reviews if my site stats are to be believed…)

If YOU are still on the fence about this company, I think you should give it a try at least once. Even if you don’t end up keeping anything, for whatever reason, it is pretty fun to get the box and try the items on at home. I think what I like best is that you get to see their items combined with your own closet – different combinations of tops/bottoms, added belts or scarves, different shoes or jewelry. This makes a big difference in shopping in my opinion!
