Brenna Bakes: Double Chocolate M&M Cookies
Posted by T.A. Babcock
Brenna hasn’t baked in a while and she, at least, is looking AMAZING lately! She’s been on a killer workout (it’s what women getting married do, right?) and I think she looks FAB-U-LOUS! And I was actually happy she wasn’t bringing in anything; even if my taste buds weren’t all that enthused, it was better for my waistline. And then…she did this, the evil little witch!
These cookies are beyond yummy. They’re little chocolate bits of heaven…with M&M’s added! And two kinds of sugar. And white chocolate chips and well…
NOM NOM NOM!
I just took a little one to appease the chocolate monster raging inside me at the sight of them. Figured I could nibble on it and the monster would be content. Nope. Nibbles became big bites and POOF! it was gone. I was like the freakin’ Cookie Monster! And I wanted more….
So…I slid my way around to Brenna’s desk, called her an evil witch again while trying to sneak a second cookie. Then I looked her in the eye and said, “Screw it!” and took two!
Sorry to any coworker who didn’t get one because I took three. But, really…
OM NOM NOM NOM!!! COOKIE!!!
Wanna make these yourself? Here’s the recipe she used: http://picky-palate.com/double-chocolate-m-and-m-cookies-recipe/
Beware – the recipe says it makes 3 dozen but Brenna said she made like 50 cookies. Maybe it depends on how much of this batter you eat before you make them…
XO – T.
