Camp NaNoWriMo – 3rd Visit!
It’s official. In about 90 minutes, I will slowly begin to lose my mind…and develop a third novel. For the month of July, I’ve decided to throw myself into a fabulous summer camp – Camp NaNoWriMo!
I’ve done this Camp twice before and completed 1.9 novels. The second novel won’t end and I can’t make it happen. So, I’m going to let it stew a bit longer and start on the third book of the series. And if it won’t write, I have two other novel outlines that I can jump on. But, the main characters of the third book are yelling in my head, so I think it will get written. At least, 60,000 words of it will get written as that is my goal for this camp. (That’s just over 1,900 words per day, give or take.)
Wanna know more about this idyllic writer’s retreat smack-dab in the middle of my crazy life? Check out www.campnanowrimo.org! If you’re participating or you just want to see what I’m up to throughout the month, check out my Camper Profile.
“STRANGERS” – SERIES INFO
- Compliments from a Stranger, written April 2013, being edited
- Stranger in Pursuit, written in July 2013, needs an ending
- Reflections of a Stranger, to be written in July 2014!
If you want to know what I’ll be building from, check out the first chapter from my first book that I posted a while back. I’ll post something from the second book soon, but not the first chapter (it will ruin the ending of the first novel…it’s a series!).
Thanks for your support during this crazy month of writing!
XO – T.
