Can you pick just six words to describe your life? Just a single sentence that could be your own personal tagline?

Of course, this was a quiz to take online (isn’t everything these days?). The results some people got seemed weird, like “Don’t be so hard on yourself.”, “Neither life nor art are a competition.” and “A wise man once said nothing.” Um, really? Those don’t sound like stories or life descriptions but like fortune cookies or guidance. Mine, however, could be the title of my autobiography.

Oh yes. I’ve needed to be patient. Over and over again the issues in my life have appeared because I’m not patient. So I’m learning to trust the timing of things, not push and believe the universe has a plan for me. It’s quite possibly the hardest thing I’ve had to learn in life but I’m happy about my success ever since I started to have faith in the journey and since I simply let myself “BE“. I’ve had to remind myself to slow my roll and be smart rather than emotional about some things, but overall I’m doing much better – and therefore I’m much happier – when I wait for the universe to give me it’s gifts.
